The title undercuts itself in the way much of Fringe's wordplay does — a nod toward childhood and cartoon imagery immediately complicated by its own denial, in keeping with the darker undertone running beneath his lighter visual references. Diamond dust gives the silkscreen surface its shifting texture, with spray and crayon layered in for the rawer, hand-built finish typical of his originals. One of a kind, hand-signed, and framed.
