In this work, Fringe playfully dismantles the hierarchy of status symbols, reminding us that luxury is only ever a backdrop to the person standing in front of it. Wealth may buy access, but it cannot purchase identity, joy, or meaning. Mylo and Nova become anonymous mirrors, asking the viewer a simple question: If you could only choose one, what would you place first, and why?
